請問2人遊戲羅馬的幾個問題 - 桌遊

剛看完請問2人遊戲羅馬的規則
有幾點看不太懂

(1)
All the cards are shuffled. Each player receives
4 cards in his hand. Each player gives the other
player 2 cards face-down. The remaining cards are
placed in a pile face-down on the table. Cards
which are discarded during the game are placed
face-up to form a joint discard pile.

一開始是每個人看完4張牌後拿2張給對手，那從對手那接收的2張牌可以看嗎？

(2)起始設置時抽4張牌打4張牌，所以回合一開始手上是沒有手牌的嗎？

(3)TEMPLUM這張牌看不太懂，卡片上是說：
If placed adjacent to a Forum you gain as many victory points from
it as the result of two of your unused action dice.

這是說剩下的2個骰子點數總和是多少，就可以加幾分嗎？
