這個...
雖然我覺得這個問題好像應該發在FITNESS版之類的...
但因為實在覺得很奇怪,所以來問一下
大家的強度大概在哪裡呢?
我原本強度21左右,因為每次做心率都大概90~110之間,然後說要減脂的話要提高強度
然後我就一路提高到了29 但心率還是一樣
然後我老公強度在21時就會汗流浹背,然後心率是130幾,可以不用調強度的那種
但我老公明明就比我壯很多
在某些要比較出力的關卡可以直接擊破敵方
我只能擋下而已
而且我不管有沒有提高強度,我的肌肉也常常覺得很累,做到最後覺得快無力那種,但心率就是沒有提高
我心肺功能也沒有好到哪裡去
慢跑的話一下就不行了
看到大家說汗流浹背 讓我有點羨慕QQ
運動為了減脂 但心率沒上去好像減脂的效果就沒那麼好
嗯…有點不知該如何收尾XD
或是大家可以分享一下自己目前的強度在多少嗎?
