7.5 Presentation
The ability to play as the bosses, as well as pit the same character against
himself, enhanced the options for Fighter fans.

7.5 Graphics
Essentially the same as the first SNES Street Fighter release. Some tweaks
here, some palette swaps there.

7.0 Sound
More than essentially the same as the first SNES Street Fighter release. Not
a lot of added original audio in Turbo.

8.0 Gameplay
More balance between the fighters, added moves and adjustable speed made this
the definitive SFII – for a time.

7.5 Lasting Appeal
Dedicated fans could finally get their hands on M. Bison, Sagat and the rest.
As a VC title, you could find yourself addicted all over again.
