r3450 - zzogl-pg: A few Windows changes, and fix an incorrect
variable type.

r3448 - zzogl-pg: Add some register logging code. Fix a bug in
the new register code I noticed.

r3447 - zzogl-pg: Be more consistant about the plugin name and
years in the headers.
