SL9821 is a PC9821 Emulator for windows.

SL9821 v0.2.4.2 changelog:

- Fixed a bug where the display position is incorrect when the resolution of
the emulator is changed while checking "Display VGA area even when displaying
400 lines" (embagging with 0.2.4.0)

- Fixed a bug that the beeping frequency of the BEEP sound was 1/2 of the
actual machine

- Fixed some problems with MAC implementation in ringing relationship
