Neko Project II is a port to the Wii of NP2 (Neko Project II), NEC PC-9801
emulator, programmed by Yui.

Neko Project 21/W v0.86 Rev. 30 Changelog:

- Fixed a bug that the Xe 10 built-in window accelerator could not be used
with FreeBSD 4.11's X Window System

· Option addition to window accelerator automatic selection
· Xe10 + WAB-S, Xe10 + WSN-A2F, Xe10 + WSN-A4F
· Xe 10 + WSN-A 2 F which can be used for various OS and applications
without a particular reason is recommended

- Although the default behavior before rev 29 was Xe 10 + WSN - A 4 F, it is
not recommended because it is disturbed on Win 3.1

· The choice of Mate-X PCM etc. is increasing in sound, but it does not
work, so it's meaningless to choose

- Fixed an issue where state save does not work properly if window
accelerator is in an invalid state
