r184 - Vanilla update: armcpu, cp15, thumb_instructions,
arm_instructions, version, addons, utils fully updated
to rev3601 (latest in 0.9.6 branch). NDSSystem: only
get rid of firmware code, it’s now in separated file,
updated TCommonSettings struct, NDSSystem struct,
updated NDS_Reset function.

r183 - loop size fixes and other minor things.

r182 - Some GPU optimizations.

r181 - MMU Timing tweaks.
