Released binary and source of a new version.

Added preliminary NEC v20/v30/v33 CPU, Pac-man enhance memory map,
added Ms. Pac-Man driver, fixed JumpBug, fixed Lady Bug and New
Rally X, added preliminary ADPCM sound for Trojan, added driver for
R-Type (without sound and controls).
