MisfitMAMEUIFX32 v0.128.B is released. This is an unofficial derivate build
of MisfitMAME based on MAMEUIFX.



I decided to create an unofficial derivative build of MisfitMAME based on
MAMEUIFX. This is the result. I provide you both the full source and a
compiled binary.

Note1: I did a quick update over the preivous MisfitMAMEUIFX32 v0.128.A build.

Note2: I hope that everything works fine, at least it should.

Note3: Obviously, it has exactly the same romset as the official MisfitMAME
0.128.B. Only the UI is changed to UIFX.
