We thought the restriction on the keys had been lifted for our customers in
Taiwan, but unfortunately it turns out that the region restrictions on the
Shogun 2 Collection will not be removed. We are very sorry for the
disappointment that this might cause! The other keys in your bundle, however,
will still work for you.

I'd be happy to refund your order, but that would indeed deactivate the keys.
Just let me know if you would prefer me to do that, though!

We're sorry again that we weren't able to get the game to you after all, but
