I'm posting a release candidate for v064, for which I am looking for beta
testers. If you would like to help out, please give it a try and report any
bugs or regressions on the forum. If all goes well, this will be posted as
v064 official shortly.
Note that you will need the Qt run-times from bsnes v063 official to use
this. Also, this build does not use the new cycle-based PPU. Official builds
are going to continue using the scanline-based renderer. This build should be
about 10% faster than v063 was, which should lower the system requirements
further.
