Finally back to updating things - hopefully there should be a few speedups
for Scorpion 2 AWPs thanks to some mapping fixes.

Clickable lamping support has been added to SideWinder and Dr Who artwork
packs, so you may want to redownload them.

Also, I’ve removed the MegaTouch games in this build - they don’t really
fit any of the criteria for AGEMAME, and the odds of finding one that does
are slim at best.
