I am sending this e-mail because
there's some problem with my Diablo II account

the game I am playing is Diablo II with the Lord of destruction Expansion set.
and the realm I am in is USWest

my account with problem is xxxxxxx (<-- 請自己改

and the password is xxxxxxx (<-- 你確定有需要提供密碼嗎 = =?

and the character is xxxxxxxxx.

The problem I've encountered is that,

it is shown in the window that
there're 27 days to go before my the character becomes invalid

but when I double clicked on the character in order to log in to battle.net

it told me that this character is invalid.

I have no idea why this happened and what I should do to fix the problem.
