However, copyright protection is available to material prepared in connection with the game if it contains a sufficient amount of literary, artistic or visual creative expression. Examples of such material include pictorials appearing on the board game and the packaging design.
剛剛才看到的，所以著作權其實本身也是包含對於文字的使用，光是這點我想就很難達成了。

不過現在，我倒是對於集資來拍攝遊戲的教學影片感到蠻大的希望的，外國的kickstarter就常常可以看到了。
對於華語地區，我也希望可以有像 watch it play 那種極為專業，簡單易懂的遊戲教學影片(國內目前也是有蠻多很棒的！)
