奇蹟是觸發式異能？對。
奇蹟是靜止式異能？也對。

沒錯，兩個都對。
奇蹟是一個靜止式異能，並且連結到另一個觸發式異能。

702.91. Miracle

702.91a Miracle is a static ability linked to a triggered ability (see rule
603.10). "Miracle [cost]" means "You may reveal this card from your hand as
you draw it if it's the first card you've drawn this turn. When you reveal
this card this way, you may cast it by paying [cost] rather than its mana
cost."

奇蹟是一個靜止式異能，其連結到一個觸發式異能。
奇蹟[費用]的意義為：
「你可以於你抽到此牌時展示它，只要該牌是你在此回合中第一張抽到的牌。
當你以此法展示此牌時，你可以施放它，並支付[費用]，而非其魔法力費用。」

第一行是靜止式異能。它管的是展示這個動作。
只要你每回合第一張抽到奇蹟牌，你就可以展示它，就算其他動作處理到一半也沒關係。

然後，奇蹟的第二行觸發式異能觸發。
之前講過很多次，觸發式異能只要條件滿足就會立刻觸發，完全不用管時機。

但是，異能觸發跟異能放上堆疊是兩回事。
奇蹟的第二部分異能必須在「觸發式異能能夠放上堆疊的時機」才會被放上堆疊。
而這個時機不可能在任何動作處理到一半的時候滿足。
一定要等到某個效應處理完畢，並且處理完其他該做的事情後，才會輪到它。

例如：玩家A手上只有一張情急胡言。
在對手的回合中，他施放情急胡言，抽一張牌，並且抽到了奇蹟牌。
這個時候，他就可以選擇是否要展示那張牌。
如果他展示了該牌，該牌奇蹟異能的觸發式效應部分就會觸發。
但是因為情急胡言還在結算中，所以該異能並不會馬上被放上堆疊。

很明顯地，情急胡言一定要先結算完，然後，奇蹟異能才能夠被放上堆疊。
所以該玩家必須隨機棄掉一張牌，並且有不小的機率會棄掉那張奇蹟牌。

至於這個奇蹟異能結算時會發生什麼事情？請往下看，下面會說。


702.91b If a player chooses to reveal a card using its miracle ability, he or
she plays with that card revealed until that card leaves his or her hand,
that ability resolves, or that ability otherwise leaves the stack.

如果玩家選擇以奇蹟異能來展示牌，他將持續展示該牌，直到以下的事情發生：
1. 該牌離開該玩家的手上。
2. 奇蹟異能結算。
3. 奇蹟異能離開堆疊。（例如被阻抑康掉）

對於情急胡言這種效應來說，這會造成一個很好笑的狀況：
該牌持續被展示，但是玩家必須隨機棄牌。
這時後最方便的方式應該就是丟骰子了。通常在賽場上也會希望你這麼做。

注意，千萬不要為了方便，而直接把奇蹟牌蓋回去洗一洗請對手抽。
在「你手上可能有另一張同名奇蹟牌」的假設下，
這很明顯是一個會讓你占便宜的犯規行為，吃個一盤敗是不過分的。


* You still draw the card, whether you use the miracle ability or not. Any
ability that triggers whenever you draw a card, for example, will trigger. If
you don't cast the card using its miracle ability, it will remain in your
hand.

無論你有沒有使用奇蹟異能，你仍然是抽了該牌。
任何「每當你抽一張牌」時觸發的異能都會觸發。
如果你並未以奇蹟異能使用該牌，該牌將留在你的手牌中。


* You can reveal and cast a card with miracle on any turn, not just your own,
if it's the first card you've drawn that turn.

於任何回合中，你都可以展示並施放奇蹟牌，而不限於你的回合。
只要該牌確實是你在該回合中第一張抽到的牌。


* You don't have to reveal a drawn card with miracle if you don't wish to
cast it at that time.

如果你不想要使用奇蹟異能來施放某張牌，你可以選擇不展示它。


* You can cast a card for its miracle cost only as the miracle triggered
ability resolves. If you don't want to cast it at that time (or you can't
cast it, perhaps because there are no legal targets available), you won't be
able to cast it later for the miracle cost.

你只能在奇蹟的觸發式異能結算時以奇蹟費用來施放該牌。
如果你不想在那個時候施放他，或是你不能，例如沒有足夠的合法目標，
你將無法在之後以奇蹟費用來再度使用該牌。


* You cast the card with miracle during the resolution of the triggered
ability. Ignore any timing restrictions based on the card's type.

你於奇蹟的觸發式異能結算時施放該牌。
該牌的類別(巫術、生物...)所規定的施放時機限制將被忽略。

「其它的施放限制」仍然有效，例如對手的永封咒。


* It's important to reveal a card with miracle before it is mixed with the
other cards in your hand.

你必須在將奇蹟牌混入你的其他手牌之前就展示它。這很重要。


* Multiple card draws are always treated as a sequence of individual card
draws. For example, if you haven't drawn any cards yet during a turn and cast
a spell that instructs you to draw three cards, you'll draw them one at a
time. Only the first card drawn this way may be revealed and cast using its
miracle ability.

「抽Ｘ張牌」的意義永遠等同於連續Ｘ次的「抽一張牌」。
例如，你本回合沒有抽牌，然後施放了某咒語讓你抽三張牌。
則你會一次將這三張牌抽起，並且，只有第一張被抽起的牌能讓你展示並使用奇蹟異能。


* If the card with miracle leaves your hand before the triggered ability
resolves, you won't be able to cast it using its miracle ability.

如果某張奇蹟牌在其觸發式異能結算前就離開你的手牌，
你將不能以奇蹟異能來施放該牌。

非常非常非常重要，情急胡言和紅藍異能地哭哭

就算該牌離開後又跑回你的手牌也是一樣。
上面已經說了只要曾經有「離開」這個動作，就會讓奇蹟破滅。


* You draw your opening hand before any turn begins. Cards you draw for your
opening hand can't be cast using miracle.

你的起始手牌是在任何一個遊戲回合開始之前抽的。
你抽起的起始手牌不能以奇蹟異能來施放。

超級精簡版，應該可以解決大部分的問題。

1. 奇蹟牌抽起來(且為該回合第一張)的時候就可以立刻展示，不用管其他動作。
2. 在展示奇蹟牌時，會觸發一個觸發式異能。以一般觸發式異能的規則去處理它。
3. 你只能在奇蹟的觸發式異能結算時，立刻以奇蹟費用來施放該牌。
4. 當奇蹟的觸發式異能結算時，如果該牌曾經離開你的手上，則奇蹟破滅。



這次的兩個異能都設計得很有意思......只要裁判挺得住
