這是寫給所有客戶的客服公開回應 , 因為網站不尋常的高流量 , 所以導致部份消費者
收到回應的時間比一般人還久 .

I would like to sincerely apologize for any delay you may experience while we
work on your issue. Please be assured that our team is working very hard to
get to your support ticket as soon as possible.

我對處理你們的延誤而誠心的向你們致歉 , 但請放心 ,
我們團隊就是儘快處理你的客訴 .

We ask that you do not submit another request regarding this same issue as it
could further delay your response.

我們希望你不要就同樣的問題另外提出客訴 , 因為那可能會延遲你的回覆 .

Finally, if you have since resolved your issue and no longer require support,
you can close your support request by following the instructions detailed in
the following Knowledge Base Article.

最後 , 如果你的問題已經解決 , 不在需要客服 . 你可以通過下面的資料庫連結 ,
連結中有說明如何關閉你的客服請求 .

簡單說就是前幾天賺翻了 ,
導致網頁商城消化不良出現塞車 ,
現在一次全部處理完 .
而我隨後也就收到序號了 .

PS.其實我不是很滿意 , 因為我打從第一封客訴就提出2個需求 ,
1是給我序號 , 2是取消多的刷卡簽單 .
原因也有敘明了 .

但NCsoft 一次大鍋炒的處理當然只有1 沒有2 ,
所以它給了我2組序號 ....... (無言)
