NOTE: The security of your full credit card number is important to us and as
such will never be requested or required via e-mail or support ticket. Please
do NOT reply any further to the Ticket# 120828-004783 (we closed that ticket
as a result of the full credit card number sent on it). Instead, please refer
to this new "copy" of that ticket as all information concerning this issue
has been transferred here.
The Account Support Team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
They will be using this new support ticket 120828-014974 to correspond with
you.

注意 : 你完整的信用卡號非常重要 , 我們不會在任何回信或客服回應中提起 .
然後不要回覆客服回應編號120828-004783了 , 因為我們把它關閉了
(上面有完整的信用卡號). 所有的回應訊息都已經備份到這封信上 .
帳戶服務團隊會儘快跟我聯繫 , 新的客服回應編號是120828-014974 .
結論 , 我還有得等哩...
因為昨天google了一下 , 也請中信的信用卡服務專員幫我電聯國外 ,
(在此感謝中信 , 願意幫我聯繫這檔事)
GW2的線上交易網頁目前有不知名的bug ,
所以才會偶爾發生這種信用卡交易授權成功 ,
但沒給序號 , 也沒給信的窘境 .
結論就是乖乖等... zzZzzZ
