F. Should we train low playmaking wingers?
是否應該訓練低組織進攻技能的邊鋒 ?

The strong consensus of the Federation is that it can be worthwhile to
train wingers with playmaking of lower than 'solid'.
在論壇有個共識 :
訓練組織進攻技能低於穩定(7)的邊鋒，是比較值得的訓練策略。


The more important question is degree.
An inadequate or passable ‘primary’ skill player should probably be
sold earlier, with potentially lesser wing skill trained,
in order to return to the transfer market earlier to afford these players
additional training in their ‘primary’ skill by the buyers.
A 19 year-old passable playmaking/brilliant winger is much more marketable
than a 21 year-old, passable playmaking/world class winger.
A 19 year-old inadequate playmaking/formidable winger is much more
marketable than a 21 year-old inadequate playmaking/brilliant winger.

選擇球員時，一個重要的因素是球員的技能級別(degree)。

主技能是中下(5)或是及格(6)，但是訓練成邊鋒潛力較差的球員，
應該要即早掛牌賣出，這樣買家才能越早開始該球員的主技能訓練。

19歲及格(6)組織進攻技能+輝煌(11)邊鋒技能的邊鋒，
比21歲及格(6)組織進攻技能+獨步天下(13)邊鋒技能的邊鋒有市場價值。

同理，19歲中下(5)組織進攻技能+強大(9)邊鋒技能的邊鋒，
比21歲中下(5)組織進攻技能+輝煌(11)邊鋒技能的邊鋒有市場價值。


If training a low playmaking player,
it is preferable that the trainee have some other relevant secondary skill,
for example, scoring, defending or passing.
Passing, in particular, can be a viable alternative to playmaking,
as it can give a significant boost to attack (instead of midfield),
as well as increase your tactical ratings.
While passing does increase transfer value,
do note that many winger trainers consider passing overrated on wingers.

如果你要訓練組織進攻技能較低的邊鋒，
那你應該選擇其他輔助技能不錯的球員來訓練。

除了組織進攻技能外，最佳的邊鋒輔助技能首推傳球技能，
因為傳球技能可以對比賽的進攻評級作出很好的貢獻，同時也可以提升比賽的戰術評級。
另外，防守技能、以及進攻技能也是不錯的輔助技能的選擇。

因為傳球技能確實可以提升邊鋒球員的市場價值，
有些訓練邊鋒的玩家，甚至更重視邊鋒的傳球技能，而不是主技能邊鋒技能。

One reason why players might not want to train exclusively moderate/high PM
trainees is diversification. Markets change naturally over time,
and sometimes dramatically,
when the developers introduce new rules or change existing ones.
Training only one kind of player is making yourself a 'hostage to fortune'.
It will be wiser to train some wingers with low PM,
some with moderate to high PM, some potential forwards towards wing players,
and so on. However, wingers with decent levels of playmaking from
excellent to formidable, are extraordinarily popular.
I dare to say, as long as wingers contribute to midfield this player will
continue to be popular.

有些訓練邊鋒的玩家，不喜歡訓練有不錯組織進攻技能的邊鋒，
其中一個原因，是他們希望能多角化經營。

轉會市場是會改變的，
尤其是當遊戲引擎改版時，轉會市場甚至會產生劇烈變動。
如果你的訓練策略只是訓練單一類型的球員，是不保險的，你的財富可能會瞬間縮水。
(註:反過來說，當然也可能一夜致富)

保險的做法，是發展多角化經營，同時間訓練不同類型的球員:
同時訓練低組織的邊鋒，組織不錯的邊鋒、以及一些靠邊前鋒，以此類推。

然而，在轉會市場上，有優秀(8)或是強大(9)組織進攻技能的邊鋒，是非常很受歡的。
我敢說，只要邊鋒能幫忙堆中場評級，這樣類型的球員就永遠受歡迎。

Although 'passable' does seem to represent some kind of psychological
threshold,
passable playmaking does not generate much greater contributions than the
psychologically less attractive levels such as 'poor' or 'weak'.
In going from 'poor' to 'passable', the reward is increased marketability
(to playmaker trainers), not increased performance.
Playmaking trainers are, though, one of the most important markets for
finished wingers,
and so paying the premium for passable PM may well be a worthwhile investment.
PM trainers who do not have much money might consider going as low
as 'inadequate', but they are very unlikely to go lower.

這裡要破除一個迷思 !
及格(6)級別是個極富代表性的心理門檻，你會覺得差(3)和弱(4)是個很低的級別，
然而談到場上的貢獻，及格組織的邊鋒在場上的貢獻，
不會比差組織或是弱組織的邊鋒多很多。

及格組織的邊鋒比起差組織的邊鋒，球場上評級的貢獻並沒有顯著的差別，
最大的差別在於市場價值。

在市場上有批訓練組織進攻技能的玩家，會收購邊鋒技能已經訓練完畢的球員，
這時邊鋒的組織進攻技能的高低就會影響球員的市價了。
組織進攻技能是及格以上的球員，可以賣出較高的價錢 ;
而組織進攻技能較低的球員，就只能賣給預算比較不充足的玩家了。


Winger trainees with higher PM, e.g. excellent or above,
can make a very valuable contribution to midfield and thus performance.
However, it has generally been found, up to now,
that trainees with higher levels of playmaking-perhaps outstanding but
definitely brilliant-are less profitable to train.
Diversification is, again, recommended,
and low PM wingers are one way to achieve that diversification.

組織進攻技能是優秀(8)以上級別的邊鋒，確實可以對比賽的中場評級可觀做出貢獻，
然而，現在普遍發現，訓練組織進攻技能級別很高的邊鋒，例如傑出(10)、輝煌(11)級別
在經濟上的訓練獲利是較低的。

在這邊，我們再次推薦你多角化經營，
而訓練組織進攻技能較低的邊鋒，是多角化經營的其中一個環節。

Wingers without playmaking will often sell at a lower price than one of
similar skill with playmaking.
Balancing this, the trainees can often be purchased at a much lower price,
giving similar or perhaps even better profit potential.
However, users should not just assume that the price of a low PM winger is a
good one.
Prices are highly volatile, and the prices of individual wingers,
especially with other secondary stats, can be bid up to high levels.
A good idea of the value of the player, and discipline in bidding, is needed.

沒有組織進攻技能輔助的邊鋒，比起有組織的邊鋒，場上的評級貢獻較差，
因此市場成交價格也較低，在這個環節，給了玩家不錯的訓練獲利空間。

然而，在此要提醒你，不要盲目的認為低組織的邊鋒，市價永遠都很便宜，
你還要看該球員的其他技能，尤其是有其他輔助技能的球員，價格也是會飆升，
因此，在競標球員時的紀律，是很重要的。
