簡單的說就是遇到twitch要你try again 無法進入新功能頁面

或是在Amazon的設定裡發現他說要三天來驗證

可以試試換一張信用卡的方式解決!

我原本是用綁Debit Card(簽帳卡) 一直出現重試&三天驗證

後來創另一個Amazon帳號綁另一張"信用卡"(twitch的綁定也要先取消)

就一次跑完流程拿到序號了@@

個人猜測是Amazon那邊對於不同的信用卡認定的標準不一
