對此，岩田聰本人回應路透社訪問時表示：

"Honestly speaking, the reaction to the presentation and what I heard from
people I met and the mood of the [E3] convention did not chime at all with
what happened in the stock market,"

"It's very strange."

大意是E3發表會與試玩者間得到的訊息明顯和投信機構相悖，這讓他很困惑。

"In the end, it is easy to get the mistaken impression that this is just a
game console with a tablet.

僅僅是平板式控制器－－很容易得到這種錯誤印象

"People who came to the presentation and tried it out have understood very
well that it opens up a lot of new possibilities," he added. "But people who
have not tried it will find it hard to believe that this controller will
change things."

有來E3體驗者會發現這將會開創很多可能性，沒有體驗過的人很難相信這個控制器會
做出改變。
