如何替 msx 的 rom patch ips file - 模擬器

最近想玩 Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake 這個遊戲
但是是日文版的，但我有找到 IPS 格式的英文對話 patch

我知道 openmsx 可以直接 apply ips
請問有直接替 rom 檔打上 ips 的程式嗎？
