今天抽到一張傳說金卡 米歐浩斯·曼納斯頓
效果為： 戰吼:敵人下一個回合的法術消耗為(0)點。

讓小弟我困惑了一下，敵人法術消耗(0)點？
也就是說不管怎樣敵人手上如果有 炎爆術(8/0/0) 就可以直接轟我？
不管對方最大水晶數有沒有到8都可以放？
是這個意思嗎QQ? 請各位大大解惑一下
