同時間,另外一道光束(reference beam)則透過反射改變角度
在兩道光束的交會處,介質會發生化學反應,將資料記錄起來
簡單來說一道光束是帶資料,另一道光束的是用來決定資料儲存的位置。
這樣看來,相較於傳統的光碟技術是將資料儲存在平面上
全像儲存的特色,是可以把資料儲存在3D立體的介質空間中
做到超大容量和快速讀寫的功能。
