* Whole new inp system, needed to move the image cache pointer to the
highest bits of the frame time since there is no frame marker anymore.

* still kept playback time in even though wolfmess even removed the
playback speed.

* reverted to mess apple2 colors from consensus they are more acurate,
even though the applewin colors still look better on a vga monitor.
