(WIP) New NES dumps by CaH4e3 - 模擬器

This dump is provided by our Chinese friends from http://www.nesbb.com
forum. A courtesy of cart and dump is going to dragon2snow. This cart
is pretty rare and we are lucky to have it dumped here. The game itself
is an animation constructor for a kids. You can design your own screen
with animation using a modified version of the Subor keyboard. We don't
know how the original controller looks like, but you can try to set up
an animation with the regular Subor keyboard.

Recently I bought a new version of "Mi Hun Che" game called a
"Super Cars", so today I release it along with a fixed versions of the
previously dumped roms of the same game. Tse old dumps can be threated
as bad now.

Thanks a lot to cart provider taizou! This version of the well known
World Hero game has a little difference, the small NTSC - PAL selector.
This cart is can be frequently found at the Taiwan auctions, but no one
ever known what it's actually like.
