NA gets the Wii console first,
ok VC games at launch,
delayed Opera Browser.

JP gets the Wii console second,
fantastic VC games at launch,
delayed Opera.

UK gets the Wii console third,
ok VC games at launch (like NA),
but Opera browser first.

It just seems likely that is how they are trying to
give each region something to be happy for so no one
feels like they are completely let down for any reason
