Know issues:
1. NMI is not processing properly
2. PPU object order timings is not fine
3. IRQ generation in MMC3 is too late
4. DPCM rates is not fine
5. Problems with PRG switching in MMC1
6. iNES 2.0 is not supported
7. Only 0, 1, 2, 4 and 7 mappers are supported
