This branch is also known as "VBAM-rr" or "VBA-M-rr", which is inappropriate.
This fixes the regressions that movie re-recording didn't work right
sometimes (e.g. when rewinding) and that the re-recording count was increased
by 2 instead of 1 after loading a savestate.
By the way, this also fixes some crashes and a lua bug that rejects colour
values > 0x7FFFFFFF.
