Tweaked UI again. Fixed movie drag & drop behavior. Now it will open the
GBx directory instead of the GBA directory if the movie is of a GBx game.
Also, the ROM opening is less hack-ish now. Fixed Reset/Cancel in the
Directories dialog. Removed several unused variables in class VBA.

Major change - Fixed the length of the first frame right after starting
a GBA game, which used to be too short (~197120 instead of ~280896 cycles).
Oscillation still occurs at times though. Some GBA movies recorded with
previous revisions desyncs. All GBx movies recorded with previous release are
supposed to stay in sync. Reviews and verifications are required. Fixed small
bugs in src/win32/MemoryViewerDlg.cpp. Suppressed the runtime type checks on
zlib source files.

Applied the patch for SDL build (SDL.cpp.patch) submitted on Issue 19
(yet to verify) by shinydoofy, WITHOUT doing any tests.
