Vba-ReRecording SVN r222 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording
branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of
VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of
Tool-Assisted movies.

VBA rerecording changelog:

* Added "Enable Background Input".
* Added "Mute When Inactive".
* systemScreenMessage.() displays the message permanently if the duration
parameter is a minus number.
* systemDrawScreen() has been split into two separate functions.
Note: avi dumping needs testing.
