Stronghold SIEGE TOWER一問 - 桌遊

最近正在中文化要塞的幫助卡,有點疑問想要請教一下
關於入侵方階段2的SIEGE TOWER

原文
During Phase 6, the Invader may move Units to the Siege Tower directly from
the Camp, bypassing the Foregrounds and Ramparts. The Siege Tower provides 3
additional spaces for the Invading Units at the given Wall Section.
Notes:
‧ After the assault is resolved, all Units from the Siege Tower should be
moved to the Wall (provided there is free space on that Wall Section)
‧ Only 4 of 9 Wall Sections can accommodate a Siege Tower

翻譯：
在階段６時，入侵方可以從營地直接移動單位到攻城塔上（跳過前線與壁壘）
攻城塔提供入侵方在該城牆額外三個位置。
Notes:
。在攻擊結算後，所有在攻城塔上的單位都必須移動到城牆上(如果城牆上有空位的話)
。只有四座城牆可以建造攻城塔。

翻譯完，乍看之下沒有問題。不過實際跑的時候就有點狀況了
那時候的理解是，每回合入侵方可以從營地移動３隻單位到攻城塔上

不過今天翻一翻，我的理解是入侵方可以從營地移動任意數量的單位到攻城塔上
（只要符合推進的數字５／７）
然後該城牆在多三個位置可以放兵，例如原本可放六單位，蓋了攻城塔後該城牆
就可以放九單位（６在城牆３在塔上）這樣的理解對嗎？

不過這樣的話又不太懂他Note第一點的用意在哪邊了。是否油鍋跟勾索不會對攻
城塔上的單位起效果，所以才有強制推入城牆的限制。
