This is a major update, the goal being to keep all the fixes of v3.3, fix the
rare regressions, and add some features. The main feature added is HD6301V1
"true" emulation, as opposed to the previous (but not discarded) "fake"
emulation based on input/output. The 6301 chip was the intelligent keyboard
controller, also called IKBD. Emulation uses 3rd party code, Sim6xx by Arne
Riiber, and some precious doc by Stephane Catala.

But there are also blitter, video, sound, CPU improvements. The display modes
have been improved too.
