RomVault v1.5.1 - 模擬器

RomVault v1.5.1 is released. RomVault is a new rom management tool. RomVault
should be seen as an alternative to clrmame pro with some nice and new
features that could make it perfect for managing large numbers of dats /
collections using less time (one scan vs N dats a time instead of one scan
for each dat) and giving you a nice easy to use GUI.

Just added a quick bugfix update (1.5.1):

- Corrupt zips are now correctly moved out to the ToSort/Corrupt directory.

- The zip scanning code now cleanly handels zip files that are open by another
application and just marks them as unknown status.

- Fixed the MESS XML Dat reader to load the latest NES dat (size no longer
needs to be suppied if the status="nodump").
