(Rom Management) RomVault 1.5 - 模擬器

So I added another update to RomVault (1.5), the main changes are:

Fixed an error on the MESS XML Dat reader. (loadflag="continue" is
working in the aes.xml dat)

It now deletes zips out of ToSort as soon as it has finished with
them. (Saves a lot of HD space while fixing.)
