If you have a player with 36.000 xp he will have 1 star for each skill (this
is the minimum). Additional skill stars (per 40.000xp) are distributed
randomly, but things like this you'll find out soon enough by just trying it.
I won't add that to the help.

如果你的球員有36000總經驗，所有職員技能(共九種)都是一級，這是最基本的。
如果有額外的經驗，每四萬經驗可以提升一種職員技能的一個級別，
提升哪一種技能是隨機分配(看臉)。很快你就會透過實作而累積足夠的操作經驗。
