-Each group consists of 3 students.

-Each student will take part in at least one art and at least one sports
group.

-For any pair of students, the number of arts groups and sports groups
that both students are members are the same.

-No three students can be in the same arts group and sports group.

What is the minimum total number of arts and sports groups created to meet
these conditions?
