rpcs3 SVN r22 is released. rpcs3 is an open source PlayStation 3
(PS3) emulator for the Microsoft Windows. It is only a PS3
disassembler now.

Rpcs3:

- Rewrote decoder/interpreter/disasm.
- Fixed crash in disasm mode.

ElfLoader:

- Implemented loading flags from .opd section (elf64).

CompilerELF:

- Implemented building sections.
- Added more opcodes.
