(PS2) PCSX2 SVN r3303 - 模擬器

r3300 - pcsx2: Added back a few headers. A non POD-safe argument
was fixed. Commented out some unused variables. And added
a few helper functions for later.

r3301 - pcsx2: Rearrange dmaGetAddr a bit.

r3302 - Refactoring: Split FixedPointTypes.h into an h/inl setup.

r3303 - Get Linux to compile again.
