It's finally here! My custom vu-skip is no longer needed. cottonvibes' one
works way better than mine - cottonvibes, you rock!:P

Settings:
Go to Config -> CPU menu to configure it. Notes in there should help u to
configure it properly.

Here r examples of setting it up:

Auto mode - does its job just reallly nice:
60 (50 for PAL games)
55 (45 for PAL games)
0

Original way of skipping:
60 (50 for PAL games)
55 (45 for PAL games)

Custom-vu-skip-like behaviour (skip every other frame) - if u set it like
this, cottonvibes' vu-skip will behave just like my custom vu-skip:
60 (50 for PAL games)
55 (45 for PAL games)
1

These r just examples. Use higher limiter modes if u want to go faster than
normal fps caps (50/60). Also the higher the last number is, frames r skipped
less often. I prefer auto and skip every other frame modes if u ask me.:P

Please report any problem u might have with this vu-skip (in the comments of
the file).
