PCSX Rerecording SVN v0.1.2+ is released.PCSX Rerecording is a special
version of PCSX with many new features such as input rerecording, cheat
support, RAM search, RAM watch, customizable hotkeys, etc.

PCSX Rerecording v0.1.2+ changelog:
- readd lua51.dll and lib
- add movie.active, movie.recording, movie.playing, movie.length, movie.name,
movie.rerecordcount, movie.setrerecordcount (not tested at all!)
