One week until launch!
It's hard to believe we're launching on Halloween, 10 years to the day after
the first NS. We are finally in the home stretch - after over 5 years of
active development, we are going to be releasing Natural Selection 2 v1.0 on
Steam on Halloween. To date, over 65,000 players have pre-purchased NS2
(thank you!) and we are incredibly excited.
If you haven't gotten your copy yet, now is a great time. For 1 week longer,
you can get the NS2 Deluxe Edition for only $25 (it will be $40 after
Tuesday). NS2 was built for playing with your friends, so you can also get
the 4-pack at this special rate too ($75 for 4 Deluxe copies).

The full 1-hour NS2 Soundtrack

A new in-game marine model (shown below)
Here's a free track from the NS2 Soundtrack, called Descent to the Surface.
It is one of 16 tracks, and sets the mood for the battle to come.
What we launch next week is just the beginning. We've already patched over 75
times since we launched our alpha, and we have tons more maps, modes, mods
and features we're going to add after launch. We're just getting started.
