NEC TurboGrafx/PCEngine emulator for Nintendo DS has been updated. Changes:

*Added support for the SF2 mapper.
*Fixed loading of roms with headers.
*Fixed sprite scaling when switching modes.
*Fixed directory cache misses.
*Fixed some CD-ROM emulation issues.
