r180 - fix Endian issue in write_auxspicnt that was causeing White
screen for some games. Remember there is still a white screen
due to a save problem so give the game a minute to verify this
fix works for you.

r179 - Lower Rom Cache, form my testing it seems much faster to have
a smaller cache. I think the overhead of big file reads is
slowing down rom loading.

- If you notice any games loading slower let me know. From my
tests several roms load a lot quicker.

r178 - Fix cursor data, was overrunning it's mem. Should have been
16bit for GX_TF_RGB5A3

r177 - Added USB2 support.
