MESS GBA driver, WIP version 24-MAR-2008
This version has the following:

* EEPROM, SRAM, and FLASH save support that sometimes even works
* Normal BGs and sprites, including sprite flipping
* Partial not-correct ROZ backgrounds
* Working GBA and “fallback” sound (the old GB sound channels are not at
the right pitch)
* Missing ROZ sprites
* Working controls
* ARM7 CPU core bugs
* Partial mosaic support
* No window or blending effects

Help is welcome, especially with the rendering and/or chasing the remaining
CPU core bugs. The driver is complete enough that several games are playable,
but I wouldn’t yet recommend it over other GBA emulators.
