MEKA 0.80 alpha SVN390 - 模擬器

Taking the opportunity that the ECR kitajec repositories compiled version of
MEKA, and the emulator is one of the nicer faker Machines SEGA, it is worth
reminding ourselves of this program. Although changes in repositories are
rather modest, but has updated TODO list – which is undoubtedly a sign that
someone is still working on the development of this emulator.
