MD-CD 遊戲轉成iso+mp3的方法 - 模擬器

最近想重溫一下MD-CD的遊戲
不過不知道為啥gens抓不到光碟機

再加上想將遊戲備份一下 所以爬了一下文
不過遇到一些問題
就是如何將音樂取成MP3出來阿?

製作iso檔這個地方是沒問題 遊戲也可以執行
不過就是沒聲音
看了一下CD資料都是一堆不知副檔名的資料
所以也不知道哪些是音樂的資料阿?
不知有沒甚麼教學或是該用哪些程式處理?

另外關於抓不到光碟機的問題
參考了一下粉紅豬的模擬器網站也解決不了....
不知道跟dvd 光碟機有沒關係....
