It is indeed against the law to sell these. You may provide translations for
games that we do not publish in Chinese, but you must make them available for
free. You may place them on a website for people to download and print
themselves, but the page on the website that hosts the files must not have
any requests for money or any advertisements.
Many of our games are actually available in the Chinese language, including
"Citadels", "Civilization: the Board Game", "Arkham Horror", and all of our
Living Card Games.

跟Rio不太相同的是
FFG允許翻譯 但是不能以任何形式收費或獲利
其中也包括上傳的網站不能有廣告或是要求付費的行為
但BGG也有廣告啊 那麼上傳到BGG的翻譯 嗯.... 我也不清楚XD
不過法律的東西還是交給專業的來吧 小弟只是負責打字問問題而已
大概就這樣啦 提供給版友參考~~
