6. Added CRT.D3D.bright.fx for D3D pixelshader (almost the same as CRT.D3D.fx)
7. "-noconsole" works fine as expected
8. Set synth.gain to 0.5 from 1.0 in Fluidsynth
9. Fixed some minor bugs
