Dolphin SVN r4532 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to
run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It
has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

The WGP does not loop if the write pointer is set beyond the end of the
fifo.Updated the video plugins this time.

Fix some plugin communication with the video plugins (fixes Esc button) and
apply an opengl equivalent of my first commit :P
