DL購買似乎買了兩套...如何跟官方確認？ - 線上

一聽說DLGAMER剛放訂購激戰2，馬上前往官網購買。

但是問題來了，因為第一次購買時網站要求VISA認證，但因我搞錯一些資料。
導致信用卡被鎖住。

之後官方寄來一封信，內容如下：


Dear Madam/Sir,

We would like to inform you that your bank card has been rejected.

The payment is for the company DL Gamer

Please contact DL Gamer for any commercial dispute, specifically not
involving the payment transaction, that may arise between the cardholder and
the merchant.

If there is a problem with your payment, you can contact our support centre

in this e-mail so that we can deal with your request.

看了一下知道是因為我信用卡被封，所以來通知的。


之後我去跟信用卡公司解鎖，重新認證後，再次前往DLgamer網站。
因為我想說第一筆交易因為信用卡被鎖，所以應該是交易失敗，就再買了一次。


這次成功了，可是我卻發現我收到兩封：Your order is being processed.


且網站上的Order也是：http://0rz.tw/OPg1p


這下可好了.....我搞不懂對方是不是給我算購買兩套


如果是的話，我又該跟對方回覆跟他告知我只要購買一套？
因為英文我用看的已經很勉強了，更別說要回信給客服了...


請問板上的各位，我該怎麼詢問？又該怎麼跟對方確認只需一套就好？
還請大家幫忙....
